Overview

What 1K Scanner is, how it is structured, and what to read next.

What is 1K Scanner?

1K Scanner (MultiChart) is a desktop app built for fast “many‑chart scanning”. It lets you watch multiple exchanges, symbols, and timeframes in a grid, so you can spot the strongest setups without constantly switching browser tabs.

  • 30 tabs by default.
  • Each tab can show a 6×6 grid (36 charts).
  • That is up to 1,080 charts in one workspace (hard limit).

Reminder: 1K Scanner is a visualization tool. It is not financial advice.

What you can do (based on the app)

  • Multi‑exchange charts: Binance (Spot/Futures), Bybit (Spot/Futures), OKX (Spot/Futures), Bitget (Spot/Futures), Gate.io (Spot/Futures), MEXC (Spot/Futures), Coinbase (Spot), Upbit (Spot/KRW).
  • Signals & indicators: overlays like border signals, volume, EMA/NRZ and patterns.
  • Consensus badge: combines short/mid/long timeframes into one Long/Short/Neutral bias score so you can rank and jump faster.
  • Templates: generate a full layout (e.g., market‑cap list or by‑sector tabs) in one click.
  • Save & restore: save layouts to a file and restore your last default layout on next launch.
  • License checks: the app verifies the license regularly, so an internet connection is required.

Simple words for the UI

  • Tab = a page of charts (like a folder).
  • Chart tile = one symbol + timeframe + exchange.
  • Template = a preset that fills many tabs at once.
  • Settings / Indicators = where you turn things on/off and save/load layouts.

Where to go next

  • Quick Start: download → activate → first scan.
  • FAQ: license/device rules, supported exchanges, common questions.
  • Troubleshooting: “it won’t open”, activation errors, charts not loading.
