Troubleshooting
Fix the most common sign-in, activation, and install issues.
Sign-in issues
- Make sure you are signing in with the same Google or GitHub account you used before.
- Try a different browser if sign-in keeps failing.
License key issues
- Re-copy the key from Settings and paste it again.
- Do not add extra spaces at the beginning or end.
- If the app says the license is active on another computer, click Use this device.
Download or install issues
- On macOS, download the correct build (Apple Silicon vs Intel).
- If your operating system blocks the app, follow the on-screen guidance to allow it.
